Every year Post 9/11 Veterans awards veteran students what we call a “Bridge Scholarship.”
This Scholarship is designed to help supplement expenses associated with continuing one’s education and offers $500 to qualified veterans three times per year – spring, summer, and fall semesters.
Selections are based on academic promise, merit, and financial need. The scholarships must be used for full-time study at an accredited institution.

All applications must be received on or before:
1. Must be a U.S. Veteran.
2. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
3. Must demonstrate a true financial need.
4. Must allow Post 9/11 Veterans to
publicize your scholarship award.
1. Proof of Veteran’s Honorable or
Medical Discharge.
2. A copy of all official college transcripts
for all courses attempted and any
degrees or certificates awarded.
3. A personal essay (500-1000 words)
titles, “What an Education Means to Me”.
